Trauma-Informed Counselling for Teens, Adults, and Parents in BC

Gentle, grounded , trauma-informed counselling for teens (15+), adults, and parents navigating things like anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

Offering online counselling across BC

welcome

I’m Breeana, a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

I’m here to walk with you, human to human, through the tender, confusing, and transformative parts of being alive.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. We meet in the middle and gently sort through what’s asking for attention, at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of your nervous system. My intention is always to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and your life.

My work is rooted in care, inclusion, and respect. I’m committed to offering a space that is affirming, anti-racist, and attentive to the ways systems and lived experience shape our stories.

  • Shame, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

  • Trauma, childhood experiences, and neglect

  • Life transitions, identity shifts, and grief

  • Parenting stress and burnout

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in respect, curiosity, and your autonomy.

All Parts Of You Are Welcome Here

Reaching for support can stir up hope, fear, relief, and uncertainty all at once. What matters most in counselling is the connection we create together—because the therapeutic relationship is the heart of meaningful change.

I sincerely and gratefully acknowledge that Unda Counselling resides on the stolen unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Stó:lō, Kwantlen, Katzie, Matsqui, and Semiahmoo First Nations. I acknowledge the ways that these peoples have cared for these lands from time immemorial and the cultural and human genocide committed by White European settlers, of who I descend from.
