How I Work
I see therapy as a collaborative process. We meet in the middle and gently sort through what’s asking for attention, discovering together the ways I can best support you. It feels a bit like a dance—sometimes I guide, sometimes you do, and often we move together in a rhythm that shifts moment to moment. However we arrive, my intention is always to deepen your sense of safety, support, and growth. I hold a strong belief in your autonomy, creating space for you to name what you need while I stay attuned to the pace, adjusting our steps whenever something calls for slowing down or moving differently.
Inclusive, Trauma-Aware, and Anti-Racist Care
I am deeply committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, religious affiliations, sexual orientations, and abilities. I believe quality care should be both offered and accessible to everyone. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, inclusivity, and the fundamental human right to belong. I am also committed to maintaining a practice that does not overlook the historical and ongoing trauma caused by systems of patriarchy, colonialism, the Indian Residential School system, cultural genocide, and racism.

Therapy Services
Youth & Young Adults Counselling
Support for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships (i.e., friendships, romantic), self-worth, life transitions, trauma, and the pressures of growing into who they are. I also work with parents who are seeking support, insight, and connection as they navigate the complexities of parenting through these stages of life.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process trauma, anxiety, difficult life experiences, and long-standing negative beliefs. EMDR can support healing from experiences that continue to feel stuck despite insight and effort.
Abuse & Trauma Counselling
Support for the lasting impact of trauma, including childhood experiences, neglect, abuse, relationship trauma, and single-incident events. Together, we can work toward greater safety, self-understanding, healing, and connection.
Shame, Self-Worth & Inner Healing
Support for shame, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-criticism. Together, we can explore the stories, patterns, and younger parts of yourself that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
