Counselling for What Moves You
How I Work
I see therapy as a collaborative process. We meet in the middle and gently sort through what’s asking for attention, discovering together the ways I can best support you. It feels a bit like a dance—sometimes I guide, sometimes you do, and often we move together in a rhythm that shifts moment to moment. However we arrive, my intention is always to deepen your sense of safety, support, and growth. I hold a strong belief in your autonomy, creating space for you to name what you need while I stay attuned to the pace, adjusting our steps whenever something calls for slowing down or moving differently.

I am deeply committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, religious affiliations, sexual orientations, and abilities. I believe quality care should be both offered and accessible to everyone. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, inclusivity, and the fundamental human right to belong. I am also committed to maintaining a practice that does not overlook the historical and ongoing trauma caused by systems of patriarchy, colonialism, the Indian Residential School system, cultural genocide, and racism.
