Counselling Services for Teens, Adults, and Parents in BC

Offering online counselling across BC, with in-person sessions in Langley and Vancouver coming soon.

How I Work

I see therapy as a collaborative process. We meet in the middle and gently sort through what’s asking for attention, discovering together the ways I can best support you. It feels a bit like a dance—sometimes I guide, sometimes you do, and often we move together in a rhythm that shifts moment to moment. However we arrive, my intention is always to deepen your sense of safety, support, and growth. I hold a strong belief in your autonomy, creating space for you to name what you need while I stay attuned to the pace, adjusting our steps whenever something calls for slowing down or moving differently.

Inclusive, Trauma-Aware, and Anti-Racist Care

I am deeply committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, religious affiliations, sexual orientations, and abilities. I believe quality care should be both offered and accessible to everyone. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, inclusivity, and the fundamental human right to belong. I am also committed to maintaining a practice that does not overlook the historical and ongoing trauma caused by systems of patriarchy, colonialism, the Indian Residential School system, cultural genocide, and racism.

I sincerely and gratefully acknowledge that Unda Counselling resides on the stolen unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Stó:lō, Kwantlen, Katzie, Matsqui, and Semiahmoo First Nations. I acknowledge the ways that these peoples have cared for these lands from time immemorial and the cultural and human genocide committed by White European settlers, of who I descend from.
