Meet Breeana, Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia
This is what we call love. When you are loved, you can do anything in creation. When you are loved, there’s no need at all to understand what’s happening, because everything happens within you.

Meet Breeana
When I was younger and people asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always some version of, "I just want to work with people." Over time, that path led me to counselling—a profession that brings together my deep curiosity about people, relationships, healing, and what helps us find our way back to ourselves. This work is more than a career to me; it is a calling. I continue to be humbled by the courage it takes to show up, tell the truth of our experiences, and heal in relationship.
My Philosophy & Approach to Therapy
Healing, softening, or even cracking open and turning toward our pain is, I believe, one of the bravest acts of self-love. And the more self-love we cultivate, the more grounded we become in our lives, the more deeply we can love the people in them, and the more open we remain to love—even amid the suffering this world often brings.
It’s the relationship we build, the resources and wisdom already within you, and the space we create together that allows trauma to shift, attachment wounds to heal, and new stories to come to life.

Why Unda?
"oon-duh"
I have always found myself returning to water: rivers, lakes, oceans, and even the West Coast rainfall on my face. On water’s banks and shores, I’ve sorted through a lot of my own grief, pain, and transitions. I have reconnected to myself, played, cried, and breathed a little deeper. Unda, Latin for wave, is meant to capture the healing way water moves, breathes, stills, storms, and holds.

Beyond the Counselling Space
Beyond the counselling space, I’m often tucked into a cozy corner with a book or some dramatic reality TV. I feel most at home, though, when I’m moving—at the gym, frolicking through the woods, on my paddle board, swimming, dancing, or on my yoga mat. Connection is what grounds me: connection to my body, to nature, to my dog nephews, and to the people I love.
